It is highly recommended that if you are having your convertible top replaced, you should
also have the tension straps examined, and replaced at this time.
The Tension strap screws would be visable and easy to remove with the convertible top
fabric fully removed. This video shows installing the tension straps with the top on, which is
a little more difficult. But it can be done.
